Summary: I want to start off by saying that we already are planning our trip for next year. This is how wonderful our entire experience was with this house and the property manager. -THE HOUSE: Inside is Huge, never felt crowded even with the house at its max allowance. Every piece of furniture is strategically placed for perfect views, easy conversations. Even a nook where the TV is, which came in handy for those who wanted escape in quiet a little. So much attention to details. Games and books inside for family/down time. Modern kitchen, easy to entertain and cook. The AC in all of the bedrooms downstairs worked great! The upstairs never got unbearable since there is basically a 365 of airbreeze when you open the windows and doors. Well stocked with bath and beach towels and paper products. *OUTSIDE: just amazing. You can always find a shady spot on the deck or be right out in the sun! Amazing location, views of the bay and the ocean. So much outdoor deck seating options. More than you will ever need of beach chairs, umbrellas and TOYS! Kids sand toys, buckets, shovels etc. Footballs, baseball gloves. Kites. Not once did my teen and tween say they were bored! 10 minute walk on the beach in either direction to a life-guarded section of the beach. In front, on the private ocean beach area- breathtaking and clean. *A million places to wash off the sand so you never bring in more than a grain or 2 into the house. I can't say enough. Such a happy stay.

Summary: We were so impressed with our stay. Beth was a fantastic host, she made the whole process easy and quick. Our arrival at the home was amazing. There wasn’t anything left out that we would have needed! It surpassed anything we were expecting! The views were incredible, including the beautiful sunrises and sunsets! It was a family vacation to remember and we can not wait to go back!

Summary: The pictures on Vrbo do not do this beauty justice. Large airy living room with breathtaking views of both the ocean and the bay. The beach access is easy and lots of fish off shore. One thing…. everything you need except food and toiletries is included!!! We most definitely overpacked! The beds were so comfortable. The house was clean, the jacuzzi had an issue which Beth was extremely prompt in trying to help with. The walk is not easy for an older person but the Fire Department accommodated us. I can’t wait to stay there again!! Beth was a very detailed and patient property manager who always responded quickly !! Thank you

Summary: my family and i were able to enjoy an extremely enjoyable ocean front week getaway at davis park. beth was so easy to communicate with and helped with any questions we had immediately . the house had everything you would need and more! highly recommend for anyone looking to get away for a week to paradise with their family. pack everything you need for food and drinks and you don’t even need to leave the house with the ocean at your fingertips.

Summary: My family (including my senior parents and young children) spent a lovely week here. The location is excellent, it felt like we had our own private beach! The house is well appointed for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, toys, towels) and the outdoor shower + hot tub are amazing. The only complaints are that the beds / pillows could use an update and that it could use a deep clean. However, even with these small drawbacks, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you especially to Beth Rose, the excellent property manager!
